Returns & Refund Policy
At Bridge Tires, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below.
Important: Tires are safety-critical products. Once fitted and driven on, they are generally non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
1. Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the tires, provided they have not been fitted to a vehicle.
- The tires must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the tires to us.
- We will refund the price of the tires (and original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
2. Faulty or Damaged Tires
If the tires are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue.
3. Fitted Tires
Once tires have been fitted to a vehicle and driven on:
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or faults covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We may arrange inspection by the manufacturer or our supplier.
- Fitting charges and any balancing/alignment costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Return Tires
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email before returning anything.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Return the tires (unfitted and in original condition where applicable) to our collection address.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days.
- We do not charge restocking fees for valid returns within the cooling-off period.
